Peanut Butter Banana Ice Cream
Banana Ice Cream. A staple in every health nut’s life. Or really it should be in everyone’s life. So good. So healthy. Hard to beat.
It really is so simple. To make banana ice cream, you slice up some bananas and freeze them. Then you shove them in a blender or food processor with whatever flavoring you want. (If it’s a blender then you’re going to want to add some liquid in there as well! My personal favorite is coconut milk because it makes it even creamier!) Then, I shove it back in the freezer for a little bit (especially if it’s more on the melty side at this point). Then scoop out, add some toppings (or don’t), and ENJOY!
PB Banana Ice Cream recipe as shown in the picture above:
3 bananas + 3 tablespoons peanut butter (crunchy PB in my case for a little extra snap crackle pop crunch)
*Just a heads up, if you want a lot of ice cream then put a lot of bananas in there! Really! Those 3 bananas don’t look like they amount to much in terms of ice cream right? Add some more to make a big batch to store for later (or for more now!)
